Add folders to Workspaces

Hey all! Excited to share that you can now organize your forms into folders inside any workspace. Create nested folders up to 10 levels deep, move forms with a picker, and rename or delete folders, all from the home page or sidebar. Available on Pro. This is actually already possible with Tally Pro 😊 With the Pro plan, you can: create multiple workspaces, and structure your forms/projects however you prefer. Completely agree! This would be a very valuable feature. I use Tally heavily and once you have a larger number of forms, things can get messy quite fast. Folders within a workspace would make organization much more intuitive and scalable. Also, just to add: I genuinely love using Tally. It’s become a core tool in my workflow, and I’ve already brought around 10+ mark. agency owners / colleagues onto the platform because of it. This kind of improvement would make it even better for power users.

Hi Rohan, This is already possible with Workspaces, which are available on the Tally Pro plan. Workspaces let you group and organize forms by use case, such as marketing, user research, event feedback, and more, instead of having everything listed at a single level. You can learn more about what’s included with Tally Pro here: https://tally.so/help/tally-pro.

This way, you can separate forms by projects, teams, or topics. I just subscribed to the Pro version, and can already tell that my team will need folders to organize all of the forms! This has been a request for sometime. Please implement.

Agree. My organization now has within its 4 designated workplaces nearly 40 forms, many of which are closed and no longer in use. We would still like to have the data recorded for future reference (i.e. we don't want to delete the forms), but ideally we could just store them out of the way of the active workflows.

+1, and resizable menu, because right now I cant even see the full name of a form. Also other option could be to share workspace inside organisation, in that way I can organise everything to workspaces but make it accessible for everyone

Agreed. Folders to group forms together within a workspace would be very helpful for organization and also helpful for improving the dashboard experience when it comes to looking for specific forms within a workspace. Currently, having to scroll up and down the workspace page, looking through many forms in a workspace, to find a few specific forms, is time consuming.
