Add API Endpoints to programatically POST responses
I would like to be able to post a partial response to a tally form, before I want to show the user the full form.
What I want to achieve:
(1) Have a subscribe to the waitlist input, styled in my own react component. Once the user enters their email and presses submit, the email should be posted to a tally form, so they are "subscribed".
(2) After that I want to show the full form (as an embed) so I can collect additional information. If a user churns at this point, Tally's partial form feature hasn't captured anything, so I need to already post the email in step 1, to have it.

I want to be able to keep newsletter sign up flows for our website branded while still taking advantage of Tally for form management. We have other places where we redirect users, but for this particular one we want them to submit an email and just go.
