Action block to always apply an action (e.g. Calculate), without conditional logic

I concatenate strings based on previous values via the Calculate action and I found out that the only way to apply an Action is to use a Conditional logic block. But since I should always apply the action, I need to put a dummy condition that is always true. It would be more efficient to have a dedicated Action block that just runs the action with a condition.
