Acceptances and Denials
It would be awesome if there was a way to send notifications directly from a submitted form about the application being accepted or denied and a box for typing the reason why the were denied or if the case of acceptances a box for adding links and follow up instructions:)

Hi The Valley Girl Market, This is already possible with a Tally Pro subscription using Respondent email notifications feature: https://tally.so/help/respondent-email-notifications You can set up conditional logic to send different emails (accepted vs denied) based on their selections.
