Ability to edit / overwrite submitted survey responses
It would be great to have to option of editing / overwriting survey responses. Oftentimes people submit erroneous info or we change something in the survey. In both cases, being able to update the already collected survey data would be great.
Use cases:
1) When customers make requests, they sometimes choose the wrong options or categories. Updating this on our end, post-submission, would be really great. Esp. considering when we use summary stats.
2) When updating a survey with new questions, these are currently just blank for pre-existing responses. It would be great to be able to fill in these with a standardized value - or to add an answer on their behalf.
Pending
The feature is essential for me — I use Tally for work tasks to maintain a database of requests. Each request must be editable to correct errors introduced during production. However, this functionality is currently unavailable, and the form is not suitable for integration into our system. Manually updating data in the spreadsheet or via the API is extremely inconvenient.
