Ability to add a custom class to any block

I'd like there to be a universal field that you can use to add a custom CSS class to a block so it's easier to target that specific element for custom styling (rather than all of the type). Example of use case from a recent voting form: - I want to scale down the heading for some dropdown fields as they are grouped as children under a heading, but other need to remain the default size.- I want to style a specific <p> with padding and a bg colour as a basic call out.
