A way to show the submissions as reviews

Hi, first of all, english isn't my first language, so Im sorry if i dont express my idea very well. I've been looking for a website to COLLECT reviews and SHOWCASE them in my website (not a wordpress, godaddy, etc); I found one, unfortunately it was only for shopify, my website is not a store. So I couldn't use it. Tally is so easy to use, and I enjoyed, however if it could be possible to show reviews in whatever site we need, that'd be awesome. Thank you.
